Greater Victoria Baseball Association (GVBA): Sooke players fall under the GVBA umbrella, often playing with West Shore or specific Sooke-based “house” teams. Triangle Athletic Association (TAA) is home to youth baseball players ages 4 to 18 years located in Victoria’s Western Communities.

Sooke Lacrosse: Typically coordinated through Westshore Minor Lacrosse for competitive play, though the new Sooke outdoor box is increasing local activity.

Westshore Rugby: The Westshore Rugby Club in Colwood located at the Juan de Fuca centre offers both youth and adult rugby for boys and girls, men and women.

Taekwondo – register through Seaparc. Seaparc also can show you all the 3rd party sports camps and programs that take place like basketball and all of the different summer programs.
There’s a new Sooke Blue Devils football team started up this year. Atom and Peewee levels.
JDF lacrosse has Sooke based teams for u7 and u9 only. They practice in Sooke, but play games regionally.
Same for Triangle baseball u7,u9 and u11 has Sooke based teams.
Sooke minor hockey – tournament info is a bit off the U6-U9 happens first weekend of January. 3 years now. The March tourney for u15a is new this year.
Sooke has a judo club meets up on Sundays.
There’s Badminton drop in.
Seaparc runs adult drop in for ice hockey Sunday nights 930pm.
“Always Active” runs a blastball (baseball) program in the spring for the younger 2-5 year olds.
